Westin Houston Medical Center Renovation

Houston, Texas

The historic Medical Towers in the Texas Medical Center was redeveloped, breathing new life into one of the first modern glass-and-steel buildings in Houston. The 382,000 SF redevelopment includes outdoor terraces, a health club, a restaurant, and retail space.

Spanning 18 floors, the Westin’s 273 rooms pay homage to the building’s history with a mid-century look. The hotel’s amenities include a state-of-the-art, 24-hour fitness room and run program and amazing en-suite soaking tubs. Terrace 54, the in-house restaurant and bar, opens onto the hotel’s west terrace, with incredible views of the Galleria across town. A resort-style pool complete with cabanas, water chaises, and bar service, overlook beautiful downtown views.
