East Aldine District Office Building

Houston, Texas

The East Aldine District was created by the Texas Legislature in June 2001 to enhance the physical, social, and economic well-being of Aldine. As part of the Master Plan, the District constructed a new 23,300 SF, three level office building. The building houses the District’s Management offices, Law Enforcement offices for the sheriff department and contract deputies, and six core and shell lease spaces. The building is situated at the entrance to the new East Aldine Town Center Park and is surrounded by other community amenities, including the amphitheater and audience lawn, a playground with a splash pad, a river-like water feature and a beautiful fountain in a flood detention lake. Wide sidewalks and lush landscaping, with trees and native plantings, meander through the complex.

Project Completed October 2021.
